Showerwall has promoted Gareth Griffiths to the role of Commercial Director as the wall panel manufacturer looks to build on continued sales growth and strengthen support for its UK customer base.
Griffiths, who has held both Key Account Manager and Sales Director positions within the business, will lead the company’s commercial strategy and customer engagement as Showerwall continues to expand its presence in the market.
Bringing almost 30 years of industry experience to the role, Griffiths will focus on strengthening customer relationships while supporting the brand’s long-term growth ambitions through continued investment in service, support and product innovation.
Commenting on his appointment, Griffiths said: “I’m delighted to be taking on this new role and will be focused on building on the strong foundations we’ve created as a team while continuing to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
“I know the business inside out and understand what we want to achieve. I’ll continue to maintain a strong customer-facing presence while ensuring we keep investing in the service, support and innovation our customers value.”
He added that while wider market conditions remain challenging, Showerwall continues to gain market share within the growing wall panel category.
Griffiths has served as Sales Director for the past two years and succeeds Katie Cope, who has led the Showerwall business since its acquisition by Bathroom Brands Group in October 2024.
